This Return, Refund and Shipping Policy will come into effect immediately after a user (“you” or “customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the Policy. This Policy applies to the Portal (the “Site” or “Web Site” or “Emails” or “Mobile Application” or “App” or “Us” or “We”) which is owned and operated by BDH INTERNATIONAL, a Proprietorship Concern through its Sole Proprietor Mr. Bhavyakumar Dipakkumar Shah having its office at 40 T0 41, Ravi Co-Op Ind. Estate Ltd, Opp. Maniar Trailor, Nr. Ajitmill Char Rasta, Rakhial, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. (Hereinafter referred to as “Concern”).
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
The user/customer shall note that the products once sold by the Concern cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Therefore, you/user/customer have the option to buy samples online for any bearing size.
In view of the above, the user/customer may place an order through the Portal for free samples to confirm the need and requirement of any product of the Concern and the said products shall be delivered to you as per your requests.
To ensure that your order/product reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through our trusted and reputed courier agencies/shipping partners.
We use our designated shipping partners to ship our products to your destination as available. Furthermore, in case of the product having been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way, the Concern shall not be liable to make good the loss in any manner whatsoever. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Any changes to the online order based on product availability will be notified to customer/you directly.
We shall take all endeavors to ship your order within a day or two from the date of placing your order. The courier details will be shared to customer/you once products are shipped. We shall make our best efforts to deliver your order/products within the next working day in Gujarat and within 4-5 business working days for the rest of India. The abovementioned is the general practice of the Concern. However, we may not guarantee the said delivery time in the circumstances beyond our control.
Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
CHANGING OR ALTERATION OF ORDERS
If the customer/user wishes to change/alter the order placed, you may ask us (by Email only) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or change it. We shall have sole discretion to decide whether such request may be accepted or not.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products.
We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss of products resulted from any irresistible force (force majeure).
